The official Team Fortress 2 blog provides some update information regarding the soon to be released Scout pack.

We're just about done with the Scout pack, and our design and coding has already moved on to the next pack. The weapons and achievements are all nailed down, and we just have to finish up the final artwork on them.

They also talk about an update they expect to be released today that will correct several bugs and exploits. The fix will also correct a bug with Natascha that causes reduced damage by the weapon. The full article can be found here.
